Taiwan Daily Short Report# 13: Taipei Game Show 2009
Went to the Taipei Game Show the other day (Feb. 12). Originally I was really looking forward to it, but after I went in…I regret spending that $100 TWD ($5 USD) entrance fee. The media said the Game Show will be introducing a lot of unreleased games, and that is why I went there, but the stuff they showed was… just very disappointing. There was only a few stands for PS3, Xbox 360, and other handheld games, and the rest were about online games or selling rare online weapon. And since I don’t and can’t play any Asia online games in America, the Game Show was a total failure for me.
They got a PS3 game demo vending machine. I find that funny for some reason.
Tried Street Fighter 4 there. Going to buy it when the price drop.
I Tried the new Tekken 6 arcade machine too. Personally like the Tekken series better than the Street Fighter series.
Saw this flight similater I kind of want.
You can really see how popular American games are in Taiwan…LOL
Here is some show girl pcitures.
Notice how Taiwan are making a big deal about Latale.
I agree with you that the vending machine is hilarious! Now what will they dispense next? Netbooks?
