Personally I cannot believe K-On! won the TV Category Excellence Award. I honestly thought Bakemonogatari would win since I (and probably most otaku) would agree that the best anime of 2009 was Bakemonogatari.

Yeah WTF Bakemonogatari should have won. I disagree with Kamiya Hiroshi winning the seiyuu award, I believe Saitou Chiwa (Senjougahara) was way better.
